Day 1: Your In-Depth Initial Visit (Allow 60–90 Minutes)

Your first visit includes a complete spinal, neurological, and functional exam to fully understand what’s happening with your health. This isn’t a quick once-over—it’s a deep dive into your spine and nervous system. 
If needed, we take digital X-rays of your upper cervical spine and full spine, allowing us to perform a detailed, professional analysis of your spinal alignment.
With over 400 possible upper cervical corrections, we take the time to find the exact correction that’s right for you—helping you restore balance and feel better, faster.
Patients typically notice almost immediate results.

Day 2 and Beyond: 15-Minute Follow-Up Visits

At each follow-up, we check how your body is responding, make important notes, and fine-tune your correction for the best results. These visits are short, focused with years of experience and efficiency —designed to support your healing and progress every step of the way.
